He went out of his way to FaceTime showings to us while we were preparing to PCS. With the time difference this was no easy task but TJ always made us a priority. I don't have one negative thing to report about him as a person/realtor. Terry talked to my wife and I on a number of occasions to understand exactly what we were looking for in a house. He provided house listings by email based on the frequency that we wanted, viewed houses for us due to us being out of the area, and provided comprehensive emails on the properties to ensure we had a full grasp of the properties; it was like my wife and I were actually there. On a couple of occasions, he provided Skype viewings of the houses. He was very responsive to emails, texts, and phone calls. He pushed communication to my wife and I, which was great because he understood our housing needs and made sure we didn't miss anything. Terry is an extremely knowledgeable realtor, and understands the housing market, and knows the OKC area like the back of his hand.
